We strive to create a positive experience for all our guests. Those who do not follow the rules or contribute to an unpleasant atmosphere will be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.
Video Monitoring - Property and Buildings are monitored by video surveillance.
Speed Limit - 10mph. Car tag must be hanging on your mirror with date/site visible at all times in the resort.
Check Out – 11am (Cabins) or 12pm (RV Sites). Return gate cards upon check out. There is a $20 charge for gate cards that are lost or damaged. A drop box is available by the office doors for after hours check out.
Quiet Time - 10pm until 8am. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask that outdoor games be put away after quiet hours. This helps us respect those who may be trying to sleep. Please turn off exterior lighting when you retire for the evening. All children must be at their own site during quiet time.
Bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc.- May not be used after dark. Always keep to the roads, sidewalks and paths. Do not ride around or underneath the gates. Take care in areas where people are walking. E-bikes and electric scooters may not operate at speeds greater than a manual scooter or bike.
Personal Conduct - Please be mindful and respectful of other guests and our employees. Do not walk through other sites. Loud and/or offensive music, vulgar language, disorderly and other unpleasant behavior is not acceptable. Cigarette smoking and vaping are permitted only on your site. To maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking marijuana on site. The smell can travel and may disturb others’ enjoyment of their stay.
Parking - Sites may not have more than 1 or 2 cars depending on the size of your RV. All others must park in overflow parking areas. DO NOT park on the grass or empty sites. Trailers and tow dollies that don't fit on the concrete must be parked in trailer parking. Do not park trailers in overflow parking spaces.
Vehicle Washing - Washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited.
In Ground Stakes - DO NOT put stakes in the ground to secure your awning or your pets as you may do great damage to underground utilities. You may use the picnic table as an anchor point.
Garbage - Bagged trash will be picked up at your site between 10am and 6pm. Do not put garbage in your firepit.
Sewer Connections - Health Department requires use of a watertight fitting when you are connected to our sewer system.
Campfires – Outside firewood is not allowed. Firewood is available for purchase at the office and will be delivered free of charge. Do not stack firewood on the grass and do not cut down trees or bushes. Fires are allowed only in designated firepits and must be attended.

Kiddie pools, hot tubs, slip and slides, bounce houses
All types of tents
Clotheslines
Hammocks (unless on a ground stand)
Nerf guns, Orbeez guns or any other toy that has potentially dangerous projectiles
Duck Creek RV Resort Pet Policy
Proof of rabies vaccination must be on file for each dog. Without it, your dog may not stay. Please send a copy of your vet records to online@duckcreekrvresort.com.
Pets must be leashed and contained on your site or while walking around resort. Pets are not allowed in any pool enclosure.
Do not tie pets to trees or use in ground stakes to secure your pet. You may use the picnic table as an anchor point.
If your pets are aggressive or out of control, we will ask you to immediately remove them from the resort. Do not leave your pet outside unattended.
You MUST clean up after your pet. Waste stations are located around the park if you need them.
Duck Creek RV Resort Pool and Beach Policy
There is no lifeguard in any of our water areas. You are required to be present in the same enclosure and supervise all children under 16. Children that are 16 or 17 may swim without an adult but they may not supervise anyone under 16.
Head first jumping, flips, diving and running are not allowed.
Do not stand on, kneel on, walk on or go over the wall between the hot tub and pool. USE THE STEPS!
Be courteous to other swimmers. Splashing, jumping, pool games and ball throwing not allowed while others are present.
Children MUST wear swim diapers. Showering is required before entering the pool.
Glass items and containers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the pool and beach areas.
Jumping over the pool fence, pool gate or glass wall to access the pool is strictly prohibited. Pool hours vary depending on season.
Duck Creek RV Resort Visitor Policy We’re glad you’re here and hope you enjoy your stay! Please note that each site can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, with 6 included in the nightly rate.
