Reservation Changes

We understand that your plans may change or you want to switch your site. We can easily edit your current reservation!
Changes that can be made right up to arrival if available

Adding nights
Changing the number of guests
Switching Sites
Adding a pet to a cabin
Shifting the dates of your stay back or forward but still same time period (may require a new site assignment)

Changes that must be made at least 14 days before arrival

Reducing the number of nights
Changing the dates of your stay to another time period

If you have an emergent reason for needing to reduce nights or change dates when there is less than 14 days before your arrival, please provide a reason in the additional information section. You will be asked to provide documentation of your situation.

Changes made to reservations that result in a credit are not eligible for refund. Please use the credit while you are staying with us for camp store purchases, mini golf or gem mining, boat and bike rental, arcade or Campfire Grill.
Credits remaining after your departure will be converted to a gift card for a future camping adventure.

Changes made to reservations that result in a balance due can be charged to your credit card on file. If you want a price quote before we charge your credit card, please be aware that we may sell out while we wait for your okay.

If you choose to re-book instead of waiting for us to make changes to your current reservation, you will be responsible for full cancellation fees for the site you no longer need.
