Cancellation Information
It is the intent of Duck Creek RV Resort to provide a consistent and fair method for all cancellation requests by adhering to this policy, regardless of circumstance. Requests for exceptions to the policy will not be considered.
Please see below for information regarding what will happen with your payment.
Cancellations made more than 14 Days before arrival date - No Fees Gift Card Option - Convert the full amount that you paid to a gift card to use a on future trip to Duck Creek!
Cancellations made more than 14 Days before arrival date - Refund Option - If your payment was $300 or less, you will receive a refund minus $30. If your payment was more than $300, you will receive a 90% refund. All refunds are processed back to the original credit card used. Please note that the online booking fee goes directly to our software company and is always non refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival date - Cancellations within 14 days result in forfeit of entire payment. Documented emergencies will be considered for a partial camping credit only. We will not issue refunds within 14 days regardless of reason for cancelling.
