Have knowledge of pool and spa operations as well as pump room operations Daily water testing, cleaning strainer baskets, pool backwashing and vacuuming Need ability to follow opening and closing check lists Responsible for assisting in maintenance of all park facilities aspects including electrical, plumbing, mechanical etc Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task Assist in repairs to golf carts and lawn equipment Must be physically fit to handle being outside in the heat and includes some lifting Handyman or previous trade experience preferred |
