Cancellation Information
It is the intent of Duck Creek RV Resort to provide a consistent and fair method for all cancellation requests by adhering to this policy, regardless of circumstance. Requests for exceptions to the policy will not be considered.
When you make a reservation, we are holding a site for you. Please understand that when you can't keep your reservation due to an urgent or non-urgent situation, we are stuck with an empty site that someone else could have enjoyed.

Please see below for information regarding what will happen with your payment.
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival date - All cancellations within 14 days result in forfeit of entire payment regardless of reason for cancelling. If we are able to resell your site, all or part of your payment will be converted to an internal gift card.
Cancellations more than 14 Days before arrival date - Gift Card Option - If you select this option, we will convert your payment to an internal gift card. When you are ready to redeem the gift card for a new reservation, please email or call the office (gift card not available for online use).
Cancellations more than 14 Days before arrival date - Refund Option - If you select this option, we will process a partial refund back to the original payment method. It can take 7 - 14 business days to see the refund pending on your credit card depending on the speed of your bank.
The following situations are not eligible for refund or credit.
